She was predeceased by: her significant other Richard L. Carter; her son Rik Carter; her parents, George Edward and Naomi Meline Willard; and her siblings, Ed Willard and Dolores Knutson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cher (Clyde Rogers) and Cathryn (Mark Partlow); and her grandchildren, Mark, Megan Trullinger, Chase, Jake, Nicole Partlow, Cassie Walker, Emily and Quinn Carter. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
Living in Marshalltown, Iowa for 56 years came to an abrupt halt when the Covid-19 epidemic hit in 2020.
