She is survived by: her husband Dale Ballard; her children, Kristen of Lima Ohio and Russell (Mary) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Molly and Brendan; and her brother Bob Robertson (Judi) of Nashville, TN. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
