She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo W. Lounsberry and Ruth E. Lounsberry (Williams); and her husband Duane E. Witt. She is survived by: her children, Terry D. Witt (Sayeedha) of Alamogordo, NM, Michael 'Mike' Witt (Judy) of Wylie, TX and Kim Daniels (John) of Kansas City, KS; her grandchildren, Walter of Peter, JT, Peter, JT, Jennifer, Jessica, Emily, Sam and Josh; her great grandchildren, Asiana, Dayton, Dominic, Vinnie, Mariah, Isabell, Jasmine, Henry, Kinsley, London, Charlie and Lauren; and her siblings, Maynard King, Donna Barton, Barb Campbell, Jimmy Lounsberry, Kenny Lounsberry, Nancey Egger and Jackie Clifton.
Memorial contributions may be directed in Karen's name to Iowa River Hospice in Marshalltown.
