She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Norris and Marilyn Norris (Stamper); her husbands, Melvin Votaw and Edward Wirth; and her siblings, Patricia Groves and Bradley Norris.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Wirth and Theresa "Tracy" McCombs (Steven); her grandchildren, Irie Brown, Ryan Morris and Kyleigh McCombs; her great grandchildren, Damien Bolen, Emilia Bolen and Brady McCombs; and her brother Brian Norris (Edna). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
