It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon Hiracheta (Marshalltown, Iowa), born in Rock Island, Illinois, who passed away on March 7, 2022, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his mother Carmella Hiracheta (Sotelo); and his brother Michael Hiracheta. He is survived by : his father Dean Hiracheta; his wife Teresa Ingold-Hiracheta; his children, Michelle Erazo (Marcelo) of Pleasant Hill, Stephen Hiracheta (Lynda) of Cedar Rapids and Christina Specht (Brent) of Marshalltown; his grandchildren, Daniel and Orion; his siblings, Dean Hiracheta Jr., Phillip Hiracheta, Angelina Hiracheta and Maria Hiracheta; and his pet Lily. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family for later designation to several of Leon's favorite organizations.
