She is survived by: her family Leota; her children, Linda Olson (Dale) of Crystal, MN, Michael Flack (Renee) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Dana Ireland (John) of Clever, MO, Thomas Flack of Cedar Falls, IA and Ann Staton (Marty) of Urbandale, IA; her grandchildren, Tisha, Wesley, Melissa, Candace, Derek, Kerrie, Hanna, Tyler, Jared and Jake; and her sister Elizabeth Kummetz of Chicago, IL.. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
