He is survived by: his mother Maria Ofelia Vasquez Torres; his wife Luz Maria (Carmen Raya Alvarado); his children, Alberto, Jacquelyn, Josue and Giovanni Hernandez Raya; and his siblings, Alejandro, Maria Lorena, Ana Lilia, Jorge Adrian, Jesus and Erika Hernandez Vasquez. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
