She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Johnston and Clara Johnston (Innes); her husband Dick; her sisters, Marjorie Spear, Mary Lou Muhl, Phyllis Johnston and Elizabeth Tenley (Betty); and her granddaughter Christen Winkler.

She is survived by: her former husband Richard William Langenberg; her children, Sandie Winkler, James Langenberg, Kim Langenberg and Jane Ray; her grandchildren, Arin Winkler, Blair Price, Talia Prater (Sam), Kyle Langenberg (Erin Hinton), Kara Christensen (Rees), Katelyn Cateron (Justin), Scott Langenberg (Chelsea), Ben Ray (Samantha Rhoney) and Blake Ray (Rike); her great grandchildren, Logan, Liana, Addison, Karsyn, Kamo and Connor; and her sisters, Judy Roberts (Jake) and Susan Bartholomew (Dick).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Iowa River Hospice or the Salvation Army.
