He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Wood and Gracie Wood; his wife Marietta Wood; and his grandchildren, Drew Nelson and Isaiah Eilander.

He is survived by: his former wife Carolyn Wood; his children, Melissa Kane (Rollie), Marcus Wood (Elisa) and Marcia Krull (Chris); his grandchildren, Sean Kearney (Sammi), Lucas, Elijah Kane, Jacob, Natalie (Ethan Swanson), Isaac (Nola Dale), Isabel Wood, Lane Nelson (Shelby), Madison Peterson (Brayden) and Zachary Krull (Lenah Hood); his great grandchildren, Leah Kearney, Atley Swanson and Christian Wood; his brothers, Jim Wood (Tootsie) and Bob Wood; and his close friend Charlotte Wood. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
