He is survived by: his son Kenny Johnson (Niki); his grandchildren, Malaina Gerke (Ethan), Michael Johnson, Colton Arvidson and Ashlynn Johnson; his great grandchildren, Aumree, Ellison, Gentry and Kinslee; and his siblings, Gary Lurvey (Sandy), David Johnson and Mary Wegner (Larry).
