She is survived by: her parents, Jim Matherly (Lynnece) and Bonnie Cook (Reed); her siblings, Michelle Van Horn (Rob), Melissa Carl (Brad), Bryan Matherly, Richard Matherly (Jodi) and Travis Bittner (Marci); and her nieces and nephews, Jon Van Horn, Peyton Maday (Sean), Austin Carl (Allyson), Casey Carl, Tessa Matherly, Meghan Matherly, T. J. Matherly, Taylor Madison (Cory) and Tamera Wittmer (Grant).
