She was predeceased by: her father Les Johnson. She is survived by: her mother Jean Nall of Melbourne; her son Shay Jeffrey (Tonya); her husband Rod O'Neal; her daughter Shannon O'Neal; her grandchildren, Zach, Ryan of Alpharetta, GA, Ayden and Alyssa of Davenport; her brothers, Tully, Darren of Melbourne, Scott of Seattle, Larry O'Neal (Judy) of Marshalltown and Jeffrey; her parents-in-law, Don and Evelyn O'Neal; and her pets, Odie, Drew and Lexie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Marshalltown Animal Rescue League.
