She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Clark and Ora Clark (Kingery); her husband Jack Tompkins; her daughter Jackie Whittlesey; her granddaughter Emma Tompkins; her great grandchild Hanna Shannon; and her siblings, Bob Clark, Philip Clark, Donny Clark and Jerry Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Shannon (Floyd), Nancy Whittlesey, Linda Weishaubt, Hoss Tompkins (Jill), Rochelle Blackford, Roxanne Catherwood (Larry) and Duke Tompkins; her grandchildren, Ronald Shannon, Chrystal Shannon, Jr., JR Head, Angie Christensen, Amy Head, Davey Weishaubt, Vivian Wertzberger (Ben), Bobby Weishaubt, Cassidy Tompkins, Alyssa Tompkins, Taylor Kensler, Dallas Blackford, Jacob Catherwood, Lucas Catherwood, Sidney Catherwood, Travis Tompkins (Amber), Natasha Gaydos (Derek) and Lachelle Tompkins; her sisters, Marlene Sears (Johnny), Darlene Coleman (Dennis) and Bonnie Davis; and her sisters-in-law, Diana Clark and Sharon Clark. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren.
