She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Manley and Sarah "Alice" Manley (Edwards); and her husband James Evans. She is survived by: her sons, David Evans (Angela) of Lawrence, KS and Dan Evans of Davenport, IA; her granddaughters, Hannah Evans and Briana Kaehr (Andy); and her great grandchildren, Gemma, Naomie, Graham and John Kaehr. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home (1209 Iowa Ave W, Marshalltown, IA 50158). A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
