She is survived by: her children, Dawn Minard (Tim) of Lone Tree, Iowa, Doug Kurth of Marshalltown and Travis Kurth (Denise) of Bennington, NE; her grandchildren, Kevin Minard, Paige Patterson, Katie Smith, Jon Kurth, Stefanie Kurth, Courtney Pedersen, Jordan Kurth and Zack Kurth; her stepgrandchildren, Ashley Linke, Jordan Saure and Terran Brunmeier; her biological half-siblings, Doug, Judd, Dan and John Whitney; her pet Kitty; and her friend Michelle Paglia. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
