She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Mitchell and Nathalie Mitchell (Hill); and her sister-in-law Pam Mitchell. She is survived by: her husband Steven Yeager; and her siblings, Mary Horton (Dan) of Council Bluffs, Iowa and Larry Mitchell of Ottumwa.
Memorials may be made to the City of Martinsburg for the renovations to the city park.
