She was predeceased by: her parents, James Brighton and Grace Brighton (Anderson). She is survived by: her husband Raymond James Nedved; her children, Daniel Nedved of Mason City, Cheryl Mejia (Roberto) of Opelika, AL, Denise Surat (James) of Colorado Springs, CO and Stacey Wood (Doug) of Mason City; her grandchildren, Eric Mejia, Jon Mejia (Ivory), Matthew Mejia (Tori), Heather Hermanson (Scott), Christine Collins (Rich), Joseph Goodnow (Alexandra), Andy Surat (Becky), Erin Street (Adam), Parker Wood and Mackenzie Wood; and her great grandchildren, Caiden, Camdyn, Gavin, Lauren, Teddy, Keegan, Dylan, Kellen, Caleb, Lenna, Lyana, Colby, Toby, Mina and Blythe.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (213 N Pennsylvania Ave, Mason City, IA 50401). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at the Memorial Park Cemetery (11495 265th St, Mason City, IA 50401).
