She was predeceased by : her husband Austin Comer. She is survived by : her nieces and nephews, Ann Marie, Kevin and Michele; and her siblings, Mary Smith (Jim Smith) and Joseph Friedman.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Epiphany Parish St. Joseph Catholic Church (302 5th St SE, Mason City, IA 50401). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Epiphany Parish-St. Joseph Catholic Church (302 5th St SE, Mason City, IA 50401).
