He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans W. Jorgensen and Henrietta W. Jorgensen (Oeltjenbruns); his wife Willie; and his siblings, Richard Jorgensen, Robert "Bob" Jorgensen (Verta Mae), Lois Zobel (Floyd), Earl Jorgensen (Beryl) and Mary Ann Motter (Jack).
He is survived by: his children, Steven Jorgensen (Jane) of Hastings, MN, Richard Jorgensen (Lori) of Ankeny, IA and Penny Weitzel (Paul) of Mason City; his grandchildren, Jensina Hanson (Aaron), Heather Quint (Jason), April Beaudet, Daniel Jorgensen (Kelly), Benjamin Moorehead (Rachel), Kyle Jorgensen (Nandita Agarwal) and Samuel Moorehead; his great grandchildren, Lauren, Emily, Jack, Tanner, Brayden, Riley, Korbyn and Sage; and his brother Gordon Jorgensen (Charlene). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many extended family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Hogan Bremer Moore Colonial Chapel (126 3rd St NE, Mason City, IA 50401). A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
