He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Frank and JoAnn Frank (Davies) of Mason City, Iowa.; and his brothers, Gary, Don and Jim.
He is survived by: his former wife Pamela Shores; his wife Kimberly Frank; his daughters, Tara Frank and JoAnn Frank; his grandchildren, McKayla, Trevor, Colin, Kyra and McKenzie; his nephew Steve Frank; and his great-nephew Michael Kane.
