He is survived by: his former wife Sally Stejskal; his daughters, LaVonne and Natalie (Kent); his granddaughter Paige (Kaleb); his great grandchild Briley; his brother Leon; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Betts and Patty Betts. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
