She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Stanislaus and Edna Stanislaus; her husband Lowell J. Cook; and her granddaughter Katie Lynn Nielson. She is survived by : her daughters, Carol Nielson (Eric) of Omaha, Sharon Bollinger (Wayne) of Naperville and Linda Fahnlander (Vince) of Plymouth, Minnesota; and her grandchildren, Brett Bollinger, Brian Bollinger (Marie), Sarah Perretta (Mario), Hannah Petzke (Ryan), John Bollinger, Vanessa Gerhold (Dan), Peter Nielson, Michael, Maria, Nicholas, Anthony, Daniel and Elizabeth Fahnlander. She is also survived by her seven great grandchildren.
