We are sad to announce that, on February 5, 2026, at the age of 94, Martha Hoefer of Mason City, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewin Crase and Martha Crase (Nissly); her husband Duane Hoefer; and her siblings, Delbert, Doris and Lena Mae.
She is survived by: her children, Nick Hoefer (Sandy), Jennifer Sliwinski, Tom Hoefer (Tracy Wilde), Pat Mayer (Kevin), David Hoefer (Terrie) and Steven Hoefer (Heather Hughes); her grandchildren, Travis (Estrella), Rebecca, Mark, Alexa (Patrick), Elizabeth (Brian), Andrew (Sarah), Kate (Chad), Ted (Erin), Jacob (Liz), Emma (Luke), Iris and Grayson; and her neighbors, Corey and Jennifer Martin. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
