He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Low and Ann Low (Casey); and his brother Craig. He is survived by: his children, Michele Anne Boone (Tom) of Mason City and Christopher Lloyd Low (Beth) of Des Moines; his wife Helen Flynn Low; and his granddaughters, Casey Louise and Lauren Grace Low.
