He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Derl Morris (Betty) and Henry Harris (Clara); his father Lindsey Morris; his aunt Caroline Ammerman; his nephew Shane Starrett; and his uncle Dean Harris.

He is survived by : his mother Jane Marie Morris (Harris); his children, Kion Morris and Mazikeen; the parent of his children Cindel-Lee Fellows; his siblings, Susan Starrett, Clay, Dara Klink (Leroy) and Ryan Vestweber; his aunts and uncles, Ray Harris (Donna), Kerry Morris (Trish), Brian Morris (Cheryl) and Roxanne Emery (Lyman); his nephew Vladimir Starrett; and his niece Anna Starrett. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 8th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ward Van Slyke Colonial Chapel (310 1st Ave N, Clear Lake, IA 50428). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed in the care of Susan Starrett.
