He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis William Huggins and Marie Andrews Huggins; and his siblings-in-law, Gene, Norman Leonard and Marilyn Leonard.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Kay Huggins; his children, Michelle Carmichael (Steve) and Brian Huggins (Roxanne); his grandsons, Dallas Groom (Amanda Grimm), Nathan Groom and Logan Huggins; and his great grandchild Asher Groom.
