It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert Bunn of Maynard, Iowa, who passed away on June 30, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Bunn and Letha Ora Bunn (Prideaux); his son Jim Bunn; his son-in-law Gary Fink; his grandchildren, Harper and Jackson Fink; his brothers, Paul Bunn, John Bunn and David Bunn; and his sister-in-law Janet Bunn.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Bunn of Maynard; his children, Bill Bunn (Kari) of Maynard, Tammi Fink of Maynard and Brad Bunn (Kay) of Maynard; his grandchildren, Jennifer Bunn, Logan Bunn (Emily Woods), Katie Buhman (Lance), Shane Bunn (Jacci), Taylor Robinson (Nick), Scott Fink (Stacy), Brett Fink, Brandon Fink (Paige), Dustin Bunn (Tina), Kristen Schneider (Jason) and Dalton Bunn; his great grandchildren, Grace, Charlee, Adrianna, Jaylnn, Lonni, Cade, Kynlee, Nash, Ramey, Brooks, Brewer, Dansby, Holly, Abrielle, Levi, Karter, Marley, Kayson, Cora, Makenna, Barrett, Colt, Ledger, Emma and Aurora; his siblings, Mary Kay Diem of Fayette, Robert Bunn (Shirley) of Maynard and Don Bunn (Ann) of Maynard; and his sisters-in-law, Loyce Bunn of Westgate and Marj Bunn of Maynard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Jamison-Schmitz Funeral Home (160 Main St E, Maynard, IA 50655). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (160 6th St N, Maynard, IA 50655).
