He was predeceased by: his father Robert James. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Carhoff (McKeown) of Sperry; his wife Tifffany of Mediapolis; his children, Emily Carhoff of Mediapolis, Dusty Carhoff of Mediapolis and Chloe Carhoff of Mediapolis; and his brothers, Benjamin Carhoff (Jenny) of Tiffin and Nathan Carhoff (Michaela) of Ankeny.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Snyder and Hollenbaugh Funeral Home - Mediapolis (712 Main St, Mediapolis, IA 52637). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in memory of Andrew.
