Mike and Phyllis Phillips (Stuck); his wife Cindy Phillips; his children, Angela Phillips-Derengowski (Brian), Bill Phillips (Angie), Tony Phillips (Michelle), Hoang Huynh (Sima), Kecia Steelman (Gray) and Dusty Prottsman (Joel); and his siblings, Barb Drish (late Randy) and Michael Phillips.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Heritage Oaks Golf Course.
