J.; his grandchildren, Johnathan Albe, Austin Polkiewicz, Brittany Polkiewicz, Dimitri Catron, Kamryn Bennett, Bre Flater, Nathaniel Bennett and Adrianna Bennett; his siblings, Christina Smart (Cliff) of Greeley, Peter Polkiewicz of Colorado Springs, Walter Polkiewicz (Tasha) of Commerce City and John Polkiewicz (Geri) of Pennsylvania; and his sister-in-law Chelle Polkiewicz of Pueblo, Colorado..
