She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Keith and Ruth Keith; and her siblings, Joe, Sonny, Matt, Jasper, Rebecca, Barbara and Kathleen.
She is survived by: her brother Ricky Keith of Bardstown; her husband Keith Smith; her daughters, Mindy Cooper (Tony) of Marshalltown, Lori Rozell (Brad) of Marshalltown and Leslie Brown (Mark) of Melbourne; and her pet Ruthie. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fellowship Baptist Church, Marshalltown, Iowa and/or the Iowa River Hospice Home in Marshalltown.
