He was predeceased by: his wife Leta; his daughter Paula; his daughters-in-law, Melinda Moore and Sherry Moore; his grandson Matthew Jordan; and his siblings, Dorothy Hait, Beverly Downard, Myrl Moore Jr., Betty Lou Hicks, Frank Moore, Max Moore, Harley Moore and Shirley Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Dan Jordan (Jan), Bob Moore Jr. (Janis), Rodney Moore (Marti), Jerry Moore and Joe Moore; his grandchildren, Jeff Jordan (Stacy), Melissa Kennedy (Josh), Heather Jordan, Brienna Jordan, Judson Moore (Heather), Allen Moore, Brandi Hardin, Lindsay Caster (Matt), Cory Moore and Luke Moore (Alex); his great grandchildren, Jack, Grace, Ben, Jordyn, Addilyn, Shane, Conner, Eli, Karsen, Teaghan, Daxton, Marlie, Ryker, Kyler, Paislee and Ayda; and his siblings, Bonnie Hait and Dwight Moore. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pierschbacher Funeral Homes - Melcher (203 E Center St, Melcher-Dallas, IA 50163). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Columbia Fire Department or the Columbia United Methodist Church.
