She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Proctor and Laurine Proctor (Hollatz); her husband Ardell Van Osten; her brother Marty Proctor; and her parents-in-law, John and Dena Van Osten.
She is survived by: her daughters, Robin Van Osten of Urbandale and Sandy Van Osten of Des Moines; her brothers, Marvin Proctor (Jane) and Duane Proctor (Jewel); and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Proctor and Judy Miller (Mike). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
