Peggy Carroll Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Carroll of Miles, Iowa, who passed away on January 23, 2026 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Carner and Lavone Carner (Hines); her grandparents, Ernie, Deliah Hines, Annie and Harry Carner; her grandson Devon Carroll; and her grandmother Peggy.

She is survived by: her significant other Randy Vosberg; her friend Randy Vosberg of Miles, IA; her children, Stacy Carroll of Dubuque, Michael Carroll, Tim Carroll, Cassidy Carroll of Tipton, IA, Andrew Carroll of Dubuque, Nick Carroll of Dubuque and Randolph Carroll of Miles, IA; her siblings, Deb Arensdorf (Glenn) of Lamotte, Tina Latham (Bill) of Dubuque, Bill Carner of Lamotte and Mark Carner of Dubuque; her aunt Ethel Cripe; and her nephews, Jermiah Vosberg and Miles Conley. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers a Peggy Carroll memorial fund will be established.
