She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Krause; her parents, Edna Zinnel and Edward Zinnel; her brother-in-law Louis Jacobson; her grandson Josh Burger; and her great grandchild Braden Huberg.
She is survived by: her children, Shelly Bevard of Indianola, Shawnna Krause of Sibley, Torrey Krause (Kim) of Everly, Shanise Brockshus of Beaverdale and Shanelle Matus (Dan) of Sheldon, Iowa; her grandchildren, Chelsey Krause, Celena Bevard, Sydney Krause, Kristie Nielsen, Deanna Huberg, Latosha Burger, Brandon Brockshus, Steven Brockshus, Andrew Brockshus, Dylan Brockshus, Todd Helmers, Trista Kavanagh, Tamsyn Matus and Anthony Lucas; and her sisters, Muriel Jacobson and Marie Balk. She is also survived by twenty-one great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Turner Jenness Funeral Homes (1101 10th St, Milford, IA 51351). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (2300 27th St, Spirit Lake, IA 51360). A burial was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Lu Verne Cemetery (701 N Maple St, Lu Verne, IA 50560).
