He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Watters and Bonnie Watters; and his brother Lowell Lynn. He is survived by: his wife Val Watters; his children, Alex Watters and Breanna Watters; his brother Terry Watters (Jean); and his nieces, Kristen Bolsenga (Beau) and Angela Simington (Jeremy). He is also survived by children; along with many cousins.
