She is survived by : her father Wilmer Johnson (Judy Kubik) of Dakota City, Nebraska; her children, Nevah, Nevaeh, Ashton and Jackson Beal of Milford, Iowa; her stepdaughter Jasmine Beal of Milford, Iowa; her stepfather Michael Meylor of Milford, Iowa; her brother Dustin Weise; her nieces and nephews, John, Jalen and Joshua Wiese of Portland, Maine; her sister Vanessa Jorgensen (Tom); her nephew Dylan; her nieces, Jillian and Natalie of Milford, Iowa; her siblings, Madalyn Meylor (Levi Gilmore) of Spencer, Iowa, Matthew Meylor of Milford, Iowa and Kaitlyn Meylor (Alyssa LaRoque) of Waukee, Iowa; and her grandmother Carol Lew of Palm Bay, Florida. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and a great nephew.
