He is survived by: his wife Laurie Traver of Milton; his sons, James, Thomas Kozak and John Begley; his grandson Nash Kozak; his siblings, Kathy Koznek (Dick Baker), Todd Lindsay (Michelle), Kim Traver (Susan), Melody McMain (Doug) and Marilyn Ronfeld (Steve); and his siblings' children, Moon, Losh and Happy Butt. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
