He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold L. Jester and Shirley Lewis Jester; and his brother-in-law Michael Rooney. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Terry Jester Jr. of Milton and Lori Damschen (Jeff) of Kingston, WA; his siblings, Dale Jester (Debra) of Overland Park, KS and Delores Rooney of Texas; and his grandchildren, Kenneth, Maggie, Jonathan and Peter Damschen.
