She is survived by: her children, Denise (Ron Nihsen) of Minden, Iowa, Deloma (Ben Fischer) of Avoca, Iowa, Diane (Don Mills) of Weeping Water, Nebraska and Dwight Bintz of Avoca, Iowa; her siblings, Gordon (Karen Reinert) of Glenwood, Iowa and Janice Hiley of Council Bluffs, Iowa; and her siblings-in-law, Waunita Reinert of Glenwood, Iowa and Carroll Bintz of Neola, Iowa.
Her contributions to 4-H earned her an esteemed place in the Iowa 4-H Hall of Fame, receiving this recognition for exemplifying the very essence of Head, Heart, Hands, and Health—the four pillars upon which the organization thrives.
