He is survived by: his siblings, Wayne Grudle (Diane) of Crescent, IA, David Grudle (Shelley) of Glenwood, IA, Yvonne "Vonnie" Saucerman (Gary) of Bremerton, WA and Toni Kreis (Mark) of Shawnee, KS. He is also survived by 4 nieces, 3 nephews, 1 great niece and 5 great nephews.

Memorials are suggested to Saint John Lutheran Church or Salem Lutheran Church (Plumer).
