She is survived by: her children, Greg Schiermeister (Lisa) of Runnells, Lynette Maher (Frank) of Mingo, DeeAnn Van Dusseldorp (Don) of Colfax and Colette Miller (Merrill) of Kearney, Missouri; her grandchildren, Justin Schiermeister (JoLynn), Ashley Gosselink (Trevor), Jerold Schiermeister (Kirsten), Amie Vander Schel (Jared), Brandon Maher (Theresa), Jonathan Van Dusseldrop (Ashley), Samantha Jackson (Curtis), Jamie Van Dusseldorp, Scott Van Dusseldorp (Alyssa Eilander), Derek Miller (Hailey) and Dacia Miller; her great grandchildren, Stella, Talia, Gabe, Brayden, Bailey, Taylor (Logan), Kaylyn, Eben, Barrett, Delilah, Guinevere, Bromwell, Cooper, Dalton, Sawyer, Kay-Cee and Ensley; her sister Dorothy Foose of Florida; and her brothers-in-law, Donald Nicolay of North Dakota and Orville Oster of Florida. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials to the Animal Rescue League of Iowa or the Mingo Fire Department may be left at the funeral home.
