He was predeceased by : his great-grandparents, Dick, Betty Hammer, Raymond and Sharon Perina; his grandfather William Hellstrom; his parents, Jennifer Mauseth and Aaron Mauseth; his sisters, Hailey Hellstrom (Vince Mowery) and Olivia Mauseth; his niece Ani Mowry; and his grandparents, Cheryl Hellstrom and Scott Van Hauen. He is also survived by friends, co-workers, teachers, nurses.
