He is survived by : his wife Sue Lewis of Woodbine; his children, Courtney (Ryan Hermanson) of Texas, John Smith, Geoffrey Smith of Woodbine, Melinda and Elizabeth Lewis of Woodbine; his grandsons, Benny and Banks Hermanson; his mother Andrea Wellman (Steen) of Oregan, Ohio; and his siblings, Dan Lewis (Holly) of Toledo, Ohio and Cindy (Craig Bartley) of Ohio. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
