He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Heath McIntosh, Mark McIntosh (Dana), Ben McIntosh (Trish) and Kelly (Justin McIntosh); his grandchildren, Kali, Emily (Matt), Mason (Leah), Easton, Addison, Alivia, Westyn, William, Erin, Jack, Charlie, Kennedy and Kash; his brothers, Richard (DeAnne McIntosh), Roger (Karen McIntosh) and Don (Vicki McIntosh); and his mother-in-law Sandy Marquardt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Cassie Jensen family to support her cancer journey, the Harrison County Conservation Board, or the Missouri Valley YEA.
