With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emma Ilene Batty (Mitchellville, Iowa), who passed away on February 11, 2026 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey "Bunny" Willis and Mary Jane Willis; her husband Jack; and her siblings, Delores and Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Gulling, Cindy Heller (Richard), Lois Bowman (Brad), Jacki Kretz (Dave) and John Batty, Jr.; her brother-in-law Bob Batty; and her cousin Dale Willis. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the St. Cloud Pine Grove Park Community Club in honor of Emma.
