With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cleona L. Wilson of Mondamin, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 26, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hinkel and Gilma Hinkel (Kline); her parents-in-law, LeRoy and Wilma Wilson (Johnson); her granddaughter Liza Wilson Wrich; and her siblings, Emma Hinkel, Lyle Hinkel, Earl Hinkel and Kermit Hinkel.
She is survived by: her husband Orville "Bud" Wilson of Mondamin, Iowa; her children, Maredith Hodgson (Tim) of Blencoe, Lisa Wrich (Roger) of Blair and Chad Wilson (Rachelle Thibert) of Mondamin, Iowa; her grandchildren, Amber Wilson, Skyler Beck, Garrett Wrich (Alisha), Margo Wrich (Caleb Hartmann), Sophia Wrich, Heath Hodgson (Erin) and Tasha Lewis (Peter); her great grandchildren, Tyler, Ada, Lena, Ellodie and Burke; her brother Larry "Bing" Hinkel (Tena) of Mapleton, Iowa; and her sister-in-law Carol Spooner (Roger) of Mondamin, Iowa. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
