He was predeceased by : his parents, William Stevens and Sarah Jane Stevens (Parker); his wife Phyllis Kron; and his sons, Ricky and Randy.

He is survived by : his children, Debra Kephart (Jim) of Mondamin and Leo Robert Stevens Jr. (Robbie) of Mondamin. He is also survived by Seven Grandchildren, Five Great Grandchildren.
