He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Harold, Mary Carr, Wanda and Marion Clark; and his father-in-law Terry Millwright.

He is survived by : his parents, Donald Clark and Carla Clark (Carr) of Monmouth, IA; his wife Emily Millwright of Monmouth, IA; his daughter Teryn Clark; his sister Danielle Dirks (Colton) of Martelle, IA; his mother-in-law Deb Millwright of Maquoketa, IA; and his siblings-in-law, Kayla and Mike Goeser of Madison, WI.
