Allen E. Werges Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 19, 2025, at the age of 91, Allen E. Werges of Monona, Iowa passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Allen E. Werges to pay them a last tribute.
As we bid adieu to Allen's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Allen has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Peter Lutheran Church (301 N Adams St, Garnavillo, IA 52049). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested trees, plants, and memorials will be divided between the American Legion Post 723, Garnavillo; MFL Ambulance Service; Clayton County Fair Grounds; Garnavillo Fire Dept: and Crossing Rivers Health Hospice.
